Q1. What items are really covered in a return policy?
A return policy covers items that are not received; items that are physically damaged/defective; items that are different from the description/specification; items that are not ordered; items received in wrong quantity; items with missing parts/accessories and expired products.
Q2. What is the maximum return request time for items?
If buyers receive a damaged item, defective item or in a condition mentioned above, then they can place a return request within seven days from the time they have received their order.
Q3. What is the return process?
In order to return an item, buyers can send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at the helpline number +91 09829741414 / 0294-2410641. They need to provide following details while placing a return request:
Reason after returning the item
Images that clearly shows damage / missing items
Some other proof that would help the personnel in making a decision regarding the return request
After we get the return request, the team will go through it and confirm the return request. The team will inform you regarding the return process. The items that you want to return must pack them adequately. The final decision about the return will be taken by the team and the decision cannot be contested.
Please make sure that items you want to return is not used and is returned in its original state, with the unbroken seal or tag. The package must have everything that you have received, such as label, price tag, invoice, etc.
Once The Chemical Center accepts the return request, the refund amount except the Internet handling fees will be reversed back to buyer through NEFT/RTGS within seven to ten working days after receiving the returned item.
Q4. Can you replace the product?
The replacement of the product will be done only if the product you have received is either wrong, damaged, defective or expired. Following terms must be applicable in this case:
Replacement will be confirmed only when the item will be available with the supplier.
Only after receiving the item to be replace, the replacement process will begin.
In case the item for the replacement is out of stock, the amount will be refunded.
Q5. Can I cancel the order?
The order can be cancelled anytime before it gets dispatched. The order can be cancelled by sending an email at email@example.com stating the order ID. The order will be cancelled within 1-2 business days from the day we receive the cancellation request. The same will be notified to you by email. The amount of the order will be refunded through NEFT/RTGS within seven to ten working days.
